H2R Graphics is made by Barker Technologies AB, a company registered in Sweden. We’re the data controller for any personal data described below. If you have any questions, get in touch.

We’ve kept this short and plain. If something here is unclear, ask us.

What we collect and why

This website (h2r.graphics)

We use Pirsch Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics. It records aggregate stats like page views and which downloads were clicked. It does not track you across sites, and it does not use cookies.

If you click through to a checkout, Lemon Squeezy is our payment provider and you’ll be on their site or embedded checkout. They handle the transaction and your payment details. We never see or store your card.

If you opt in to product updates on the download page, your email address is sent to Kit.com (formerly ConvertKit) and used to email you about new versions and related H2R Graphics news. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.

The H2R Graphics desktop app

The desktop app only phones home to validate your Pro licence (if you’ve entered one). It does not send usage data or crash reports. Your projects, graphics, and any text or media you put into the app stay on your computer, unless you opt in to sync them to H2R Graphics Cloud (see below).

H2R Graphics Cloud

If you create a Cloud account, we use Google Firebase Authentication with email and password sign-in. Firebase stores your email address and password on our behalf. If you use Cloud Sync, your project files are stored in Firebase so you can pull them down on other devices. You can delete your account and projects at any time by request.

Purchases

When you buy a Pro licence or theme pack, Lemon Squeezy processes the payment and acts as the merchant of record. They share your email address and the licence key with us so we can deliver your purchase and provide support. See Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy for details.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it for advertising. The only third parties that handle your data are the ones listed above (Pirsch, Lemon Squeezy, Kit.com, Google Firebase), and only for the purposes described.

Your rights

If you’re in the EU, UK, or another region with similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Get in touch and we’ll handle it.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know via email or a notice on our website.
